Admin Portal


The project aims to improve and integrate the Admin Portal with the new Corporate Online platform to provide faster and better services to customers. This web application can support corporate customers from onboarding, transaction monitoring, and user management to support any operations which are used across different bank teams.



The scope of this project is massive and has to incorporate to integrate the onboarding journey into another platform (BizNow). There is also a dependency on the new K-Corporate project (BizNext) which is handled by the external vendor (Accenture). The design team needed to work on a large-scale project. My responsibility as a design lead is to collaborate with each team lead, key stakeholders, and Accenture, and make sure the design team can deliver on time while mentoring junior team members.


Admin Portal User Group

  • Branch / RM / Sales User (Maker / Manager): services customers and completes paperwork before submitting it to OCE
  • OCE User (Factory Admin / Imp Auth.): supports, processes, and reviews on/off-boarding application
  • Call Center User: supports customer complaints and inquiries to provide information about products and services
  • Product User (Maker / Approve): is responsible for the e2e banking products from strategy to execution
  • Cash Management Imp. User: schedule and provide training for customers either on call or at the client’s premise
