Design Thinking
The human-centered design process helps you solve problems.
The Dicovery Workshop / User Invertiew / Requirement Workshop / Research / Observation phase helps you understand the problem you're trying to solve, while the concept phase is focused on generating and validating ideas. In the design / make phase, you ensure your idea is simple and makes sense. The design is then tested and improved until it meets user expectations.
A UX designer must master skills like interaction design*, visual design, information architecture**, and many other skilss.
* Interaction design is goal-oriented and user-centered, requiring an understanding of user behavior and expectations, and how they interact with the product.
** Information architecture (IA) organizes the content in your app or website and poor IA can lead to confusion and frustration for users.
UX is crucial for complex websites as it ensures that users can easily navigate and understand how to use the site, while also enjoying the interaction. It also helps to identify goals, save and make money. The user experience when interacting with a digital product is just as important as its visual identity.
UI = design language
UI is conversation of color, image, font.
It’s a visual of software where visual identity happened.
I’d like to say
Web user interface design is different from the general graphic design. It focuses on the theme of " information communication". Currently, the main forms of information communication on web interface is visual information.
Web UI designer's job is to make visual information clear, accurate and effective.
In conclusion UX and UI need to work in synce to make a better experience for customer.
The key is this: relax.
Stop doing user interviews. Start having conversations.
There’re no wrong answers in UX User Interview, but there’re wrong questions
User interview is probably one of the most commonly used user research methodologies. That’s being said, a lot of people who aren’t very familiar with UX may mistakenly think user interview is the full picture of user research. However, both user interview and usability testing are just two of many user research methodologies.

I’d like to say
- intelligable + memorable = good design
- memorable + meaningful = great design

User Flow
Given lots of great insights from user interviews, I sat down re-picturing the “Ideal user flow” of a website. I divided users into many groups according to different needs.Wireframes
Never wire alone, Don’t use color, Set clear expectation, Practice non-attachment. Those are all I can say.A/B testing
So it’s all about A/B testing now. Specific design elements, like button colors and copies, can only be tested by observing how users interact with them in a large scale. That’s why large-scale A/B testing is very useful in determining the best performing design. Even small-scale.Reflection
UX Designer is not a user experience generator, but a user feedback translator.
