Hence, iOnboard app is designed to faster and simpler the process. The app now is able to complete the process within 10 minutes for most customers with the real-time application submission.

The project started with research and Envisioning Workshop before scope down to e-Solutions application, which is designed to be used as a tool to facilitate KTB LC Staffs in end-to-end on-boarding process from checking background, recommending products/services, to fulfilling the requests and documenting all the supporting evidence.

Biznow digitise the current manual process to help Maker open new account and subscribe products faster and easier. BizNow app
is designed to be used as a tool to facilitate KTB Maker for end-to-end onboarding process from e-KYC calculation to automatic backend setup.
